Holiday Returns Policy
We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we've extended our returns period for the holiday shopping season. Items shipped between November 1 and December 31, 2008, may be returned until January 31, 2009 for a full refund, subject to the other returns guidelines listed below.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by trsportsonline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 14 working days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
TRSportsonline.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Gift cards and gift certificates
Items purchased from sellers other than TRSportsonline.com
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
